A  treasure hunt of the very best kind will be taking place for a limited time only. M Gallery will be presenting a special small works show of 4”x6” and 5”x7” original art by nine noted artists.  The work will be presented unframed and unsigned.   Motivation is to entice buyers to collect art based on emotional or visual impact , not by a signature.  Each piece will be offered for sale for $200 or $250 respectively.

M Gallery has personally invited artists from NYC  to Albany to submit work and there will be some very talented  hands  involved.  Works will not be signed and artists are not obligated to acknowledge their work.  Some may even change their usual style to add a bit of fun to the day.  Shall we name-drop??  Nope…. we’ll let the work speak for itself. 

It’s art for art’s sake and works will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.  It’s an opportunity to collect professional work priced far below these artists’ usual gallery prices.  Art will include paintings, collage, environmental and mixed medium. 

Art aficionados will have the opportunity to decide  if it is or if it isn’t the artist they know and love!   Artists will not be identified -- not by us -- and artists may reveal their work at a later date if they so desire. 

It will be an eye-popping collection of works! 

The show is two weeks only and will continue through Saturday, August 19, 2011.
