"Natural Instincts"
a Catskill Benefit – Saturday, October 6, 2012 (5-8pm)

M Gallery will host an exhibition and sale of original works by Patrick Milbourn to benefit the Thomas Cole National Historic Site.

We will be donating a portion of all sales from the exhibition to Thomas Cole's beloved Catskill home. Thomas Cole was the father of the Hudson River School of landscape painting, the first major American art movement. His works served as inspiration to many noted past and present painters. The historic site was re-opened to the public in 2001 after extensive renovation and is a landmark of the village of Catskill.

Patrick has created some unique landscapes of the Hudson River region. There are a number of works in various sizes that are both affordable and collectable.

Feel free to preview and/or purchase in advance of the show by visiting the Thomas Cole website, or by contacting us directly for a special viewing. Call us to chat about size of works or price.

Patrick can also provide fine art commissioned portraits for those who want to document their own family legacy. Again, a portion will also be directly donated to the Thomas Cole historic site.

Join us for the opening reception for this exhibition and sale on Saturday, October 6, 2012 from 5-8pm at M Gallery, 350 Main Street in Catskill, New York. If you have questions, you can reach us at 518-943-0380.

There is no charge to attend this event, however, the purchase of artwork contributes to the Thomas Cole site as well as the support of local art.
